Mothers who come to us are looking for something a bit different from all the other 'Mother of the Bride' shops.

Our clients want colour, individuality and, equally as important, someone who cares what they are going to wear and how they are going to look.

We are unlike most other shops in that we make everything. In fact all our outfits are made here in the Cotswolds. You could be fortunate and find the perfect outfit ready made in the shop.
However, most clients take inspiration from all the outfits on display. You may fall in love with a fabric, a style or a colour. We will then make up the outfit in your size. UK sizes 6 to 18. The fabric, style and final trims you decide upon go to make your outfit unique and very special.

	We have so many beautiful fabrics and trims to choose from, whatever the time of year. It is all a matter of spending time with Jenny, over a cup of tea, coffee or glass of wine, and looking at all the various options.

We have a great selection of hats to choose from in the shop or we can make and trim one to go with your outfit. This year we have an even bigger selection of styles and colours to chooose from. As well as hats we can make truly stylish and fun, mini hats and fascinators.

	We can also make a pair of wedding shoes to complete your outfit. There is no need to traipse all over town trying to match colours. We are a one-stop shop.

Made to measure outfits

If you do decide to have a made-to-measure outfit, the first thing to do is book an appointment to see Jenny.

You will choose the style, fabrics and trimmings that go to make your outfit individual

Following this, Jenny will contact you to arrange a suitable date for your first fitting.

A subsequent appointment will be arranged for you to collect your outfit or, if necessary, have a few minor tweaks.

You may need to return for a further fitting or if practical we can post your outfit.

How long does it take?

You should allow around six weeks from your first appointment to collection of the finished outfit.

However, the more time you allow, the better it is for everyone involved.

Sometimes fabrics can be difficult to get hold of and we will need more time.

On occasions we can work to a tighter time schedule.

We tell you before we start and we always keep to our promise and your deadline.

How much will it cost?

As a guide, a made to measure outfit, including hat, jacket and skirt could come to around £750. A similar ready-to-wear outfit would be significantly less.

However, you can choose to have as much or as little as you want.

If you have something in your wardrobe already I am happy to design around that.
