Sometimes other people express what my business is all about far better than I could.

This extract from a recent letter sums up why I love doing what I do.

...The following is a sentence I never thought I'd write: I have never had as many compliments in my life... I felt completely relaxed and this is a first - actually happy and at ease with what I looked like... Here is the best compliment (leaving out the best bits, because even with my new found confidence, modesty forbids etc. etc.) "I wished my mother had looked like that on my wedding day"... The thing that I am most grateful for is that you made the whole thing such a happy experience.
